2. Description of Service

QR Treking provides a dynamic QR code generation, customization, and analytics platform. Users can create QR codes that redirect to various types of content, customize their appearance, and track scan analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

QR Treking offers the following subscription plans:

• 7-Day Trial: $1 for 7 days, then $39.99/month
• Quarterly Plan: $27.99/month, billed every 3 months
• Annual Plan: $17.99/month, billed annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. QR Code Content

You are solely responsible for the content your QR codes link to. QR Treking reserves the right to deactivate any QR code that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QR Treking and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Treking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your QR codes will be deactivated and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
