At QR Treking, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

2. 7-Day Trial

The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. The trial is designed to give you full access to all features so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a full subscription. After the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the monthly rate of $39.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3. Subscription Refunds

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
  • You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
  • You cancelled within 7 days of a renewal charge and had not used the Service during that period

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using the Service
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Violations of our Terms of Service that resulted in account termination

5. How to Request a Refund

  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-5 business days.
